I am a Certified Therapeutic Counsellor, Life Coach and Death Doula. I offer a gentle, supportive space and deep-rooted guidance to help people to find healing, transformation and reconnection at end-of-life, in grief, with loss and with life’s transitions.

Life can be overwhelming, painful and uncertain and through my own integration of learning and spiritual and emotional healing, I am able to help you find your centre in the chaos and reconnect with who you are. Each modality I share and teach, I have embodied and practised in my own life’s journey. My offers are encoded with my experiences and wisdom to meet you, where you are, and empower you to awaken, transition, transform, ground and connect.
